Sharmila Sanjay, Founder of ThinkSmart Kids Sharmila Sanjay founded ThinkSmart Kids based on her strong belief that any child can become a gifted child. She started teaching her children when they were about 10 months old with her own curriculum. She saw amazing results in her own children. Her children have been the inspiration for the ThinkSmart Kids program. She is very passionate about helping other parents by unleashing the giftedness in their children. She provides coaching and advice to parents with regards to how they can reinforce learning at home along with advice on nutrition and physical excellence. She also applies her learning from her courses in Applied Behavior Analysis and the Orton-Gillingham method of reading into the program.

In a very short time, ThinkSmart Kids has received amazing testimonials from parents raving about the benefits of the program. Sharmila hopes to bring this program to children at other preschools and after-school programs.
Sharmila has her Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelors degree in business. She has worked for 14 years as an ERP/SAP management executive on international assigments for leading companies like IBM and KPMG.
